I'm a little out of touch with the 1/48 world, which kit is this intended for? The old ICM kit, or is there a newer model that I missed?

All that beautiful detail for less than $8!? I'm going out to buy a 1/48 Yak model!

Fred - it reminds me of almost all of the true details sets in that regards. Especially the 48th P-51 set.

Actually this cockpit is from the Scale Bureau Yak-9U/P (now it's produced under Komplekt Zip name). Not sure that it will fit ICM or Modelsvit kits.

But it's for the Yak-9U/P and not correct for the earlier versions.

Sergey, thank you for your input. Could you point out in what respects it's inaccurate?
