I'd like to build a 1/32 F-14D Tomcat and as far as I know there are ~4 kits available in this scale:

Revell 4770 (old and rare)
Tamiya 60313 ("recent")
Trumpeter 3201 (workhorse for many years?)
Trumpeter 3203 (true "D")

AFAIK, the last on the list is the only default "D" released so far. The others require modifications and conversions (which I don't mind). My only true requirement is for the model to be accurate and detailed. Unfortunately, I can't find any recent comparison articles about these kits. Therefore...

Could you please provide your feedback and suggestions on which of the kits above I should pick?
