Hi guys,

I'm looking around for a Mig-23 and/or Mig-25 kit in 1:72 scale to mess around with, plus possibly decals for one of the Middle Eastern air forces. Any recommendations?

I'm pretty new at modelling, so any advice would be most welcome!

Here are some mig-23 and mig-25 kits

https://www.amazon.co.uk/Hasegawa-Scale-MIG-25-Foxbat-Model/dp/B0017TFODQ/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1456218117&sr=8-1&keywords=mig-25+1%2F72

Also, if you want to build these with a middle eastern scheme, you can build either Syrian air force or the former Iraqi air force.

Thanks for the recommendations!

I've looked around and decided that I've decided on the recent 1/72 mig-23 from KP models first. Though I'll need to get some ordnance for it too...

Sorry to resurrect this thread suddenly, but I found a 1/72 hasegawa mig-25 at the hobby store near my office. I've looked up some reviews online, and according to them, a particular feature of this kit is that it has raised panel lines.

Is it still true for the more recent releases of this same kit, and should I be worried as a beginner that it has raised panel lines?

Thanks!
