Looking good, Rowan. Is the decal set you're using any particular pilot?
Best wishes,

Cheers Andy and Gary
I appreciate the kind words.
@ Gary - the colour scheme is for Friedrich Eberle. I need to add an overspray of RLM 76 on the fuselage - and the overpainted chevron looks a bit small at the moment. But it's nice just to be painting again.
All the best

Hi again
Jeez - is it almost a month since I last posted?! In my defence, your honour, I cite a lot of distractions at work and on the workbench.
Anyway, to reassure Andy and Jan that I haven't forgotten this beauty, here are a couple of shots from this evening of the decals starting to go on:
They really are snuggling down superbly into the delicate embossed rivet detail:
All the best

Rowan,
Looks fantastic! We rarely do it, but sometimes it's nice to see a plane in factory fresh condition.

Cheers Gary
True, but with its overpainted fuselage markings, this Gustav must have seen a fair bit of service, so my build won't be looking this shiny for long. Once I've finished the decals and sealed them, I'll get on with some weathering.
