SPAD VII flown by Fulco Ruffo di Calabria. Frankly I have not found picture with this particular skull marking. Indeed you can find in Osprey little modified skull (3D) on Fulco Spad, which comes to the conclusion that this one must have been sort of transitional marking. Nevertheless here you have Italian SPAD VII from special Hobby with as much PE as possible
