So part two guys making the engin area and the rotor system step by step. There are 2-3 points that due to fragile parts and very delicate balance that needed should be careful and dryfit before open the gluetube!! More to be done in the area. I know that it shows ugly with all this colours but wait till is painted!! Thanks for your time

Are you going to be showing the engine in a diorama or something? Im not one to "super detail" engines cause I think its a waste of time but whatever floats your boat, your model not mine. But I mean unless your gonna show it then why do it you know?

Goose --
have you changed your mind from your original idea to have this Slick over a paddy with some Marines in Nam?
Don't get me wrong -- I love the details you are adding, but if you intend to show this bird in flight, most details on the engines will be covered by the cowlings. If you plan to change to a gound maintenance dio, however, this stuff will be nice.
BTW, is this a Panda kit? I can't seem to find the kit reference in the previous post.

brother,
are you working with the plans of a 1/1 Huey, :-) thats so much and excellent detailing.
After such a good detailing and big effort, the engine covers must be open and this should be a maintenance dio.
best regards

At first i am trying to do the best job i can for the campaign entry , i mean to present a real good chopper, and after this there will be the dio(which i can not catch up for the campaign)
but guys all of you are right . The plans changed cause i have many pictures of the huey in maintenance sites , and the dio will be a maintenance one, including probably one more vehicle (afv M88 recovery). So you guessed well .
The kit is the Academy 1/35 UH-1C "Frog" Gunship (which is very nice)
1/1 plans? mmmm b/w pictures can do the job i think my Bro !!!!!!
thanks for your time
you will get more info (if you want )

nice job on the engine, do what makes you happy not what makes sense to others.
the detailing is awsome so far, can't wait to see the painted results!
is that fine copper wire? what is the red colored stuff? painted copper or phone wire? it's a very nice effect.
