Been waiting for this for a long time, the old Hawk kit is just too old and inaccurate to do anything with. Now when is the 1/48 F-86A Sabre due out?---John

I want a "Banjo". But how are Kitty Hawk kits? The feature "Brushing up the Cougar's Fangs" said that K.H. kit is not well-engineered, the build was a difficult one with numerous fit problems.

They can be challenging to build, but they're also the only game in town for their subjects.
Put it this way, faced with a Kitty Hawk or a Merlin kit, which would you do?
