Hi,
Bought a bottle of Mr Metal Primer R today to prime some PE parts for a campaign build. Really hoping that this will go some way to improve my paint finish on PE parts.
What isn't helpful is the fact that nearly all of the text on the jar is in Japanese.
Does anyone have experience with this product? What I want to know is this:
- What is the drying time?
- After applying what should I clean my brush with? White spirit, cellulose thinners, water or something else?
- And what paints can I use over the top?

Thanks in advance.
Stephen

It is a clear cellulose lacquer. Paint it on using a brush. It will dry quickly forming a very thin coat that is invisible. Clean the brush with Cellulose thinners or nail varnish remover. Any paints can be used.

Cool. Thanks Antony.
I'm going to have a rummage in my spares for some scrap PE frets to try it out on first.
Thanks for the help.
