Is this an old company I never heard of, or another new company emerging?

They are a fairly new company, there first release was a 1/48th Republic RF-84F Thunderflash, and they have quite a few other aircraft in the works, including an F-5A, F-5B, T-38 Talon Series in 1/32nd and a Phantom F-4E also in 1/32nd.

Actually their first release was their 1/72 TAI Hurkus basic trainer.
