Does anyone know if the Blackbox 1/48 F-4J cockpit for the Hasegawa kit will fit in the 1/48 Monogram kit? I was thinking about buying the Legend cockpit, but I don't know if I want to go to the trouble of destroying the fuselage -:p - since I have never done anything like that before. I have the Blackbox kit, and I was going to save it for the Hasegawa kit -- but if it will work for the Monogram kit, it seems like that would be easier -- and more cost efficient :-) . Any help would be much appreciated.

Compare the two original cockpit tubs side by side. If you have them, use a set of artist's calipers to check dimensions, then dry fit the am tubs to check the fit before breaking out the glue.

Well, after the comparison, I have decided that it will be better just to buy the Hasegawa kit.
With what the new cockpit would cost, a few extra bucks will buy the kit.

No friend sorry, I have the same cockpit's kit of Black Box and only you can work for the Hasegawa Kit...Don't try with the Monogram kit.
