I have an Eduard 1/72 Nieuport 17 kit half finished because I can't find decals other than Russian planes for markings. I would have thought this lovely little kit everyone was waiting for would have inspired at least a few sheets.

I've found that WW1 is not very well covered by the aftermarket decal manufacturers. Especially in 1/72.

Your best bet would be to get the Eduard Dual-combo releases of the Nie-17. Comes with 2 kits and LOTS of marking options.

Were you looking for anything in particular? Micro-Scale made some Nieuport Decals several years ago, but the Ni17 used a pretty generic marking set, which you could coble together from other kits, or you could make yourself. Spada Decals made some French, Russian, and Italian decals too--- not sure if they are still in business anymore-they were super thin though, which made them difficult to apply-- but the did look very nice.

Howdy,

Have not seen the Printscale before, thanks. Might give them a try.
