Vickers 161 [1] został zaprojektowany w odpowiedzi na specyfikację Ministerstwa Lotnictwa F.29 / 27.
Projekt myśliwca przechwytującego który w kadlubie miał posiadac działko o kalibrze 37 mm
z zapasem naboi 23szt
To taka ciekawostka

montujemy śmigło .Dopiero wtedy montujemy tyna część kadłuba z kratownicą i usterzeniem . I to tyle .teraz galeria tej "paskudy "

Beautiful build Ryszard, you have done a wonderful job once again.
Seriously that would have to be one of the strangest aircraft I've seen. Somebody actually sat down and came up with that design and put it on paper. Wow.
Cheers, D

Amazingly ugly aircraft. From the gun placement I would imagine a night fighter. But then again it is a British design from the 1930's. (when they produced some UGLY aircraft, in the earth rejection principle of flight:)
The model is beautiful; finish, rigging, look, presentation. Wonderful to behold.
Though it does look like something out of a Buck Roger's movie serial.
Beautiful model

Hi Ryszard
Excellent stuff! A great build of quite a daunting kit. I bought it to Review a good long while ago and haven't plucked up the courage to tackle it yet. ;
All the best

A wonderful model of an interesting esoteric subject. I never heard of this aircraft before. Very well presented too.
