I wanted to go out for breakfast Christmas morning to have Eggs Benedict, but I decided to stay home and make it myself. First, it's not fair to make other people work on Christmas, and second, there's no place like home for the hollandaise.

Hi Jessie
It wasn't Eggs Benedict at Castle Aeroscale this morning, but extra-large free-range eggs from a local Isle of Wight farm and some fresh mushrooms. Lovely!
All the best

Hi Fred
I'm afraid you've missed breakfast, but if you get your skates on, you might be in time for my attempt at nut roast using my late Mum's old recipe. If you find an ambulance outside, you can assume I didn't make a very good job of it!
All the best
