I just saw a post on another modelling forum that Cobra Company is shutting down due to the owner's health issues. To confirm, I just went to their website and it's gone! That's terrible news as they had great products. Well regardless, I hope he gets well soon.
Can anyone further confirm this news?

Yes, Chris has closed up shop due to waning sales and health issues. I spoke with him yesterday about it. I hope he does well and rests up as he goes forward with his life. I wish him all the best.
There is interest by other companies to acquire his masters though; so keep your fingers crossed.

Thanks for the updates guys. I hope he can pass along his masters to someone else to make some cash and to allow us to continue purchasing the products.

Your last chance to buy any remaining stock from Cobra Company.

Cobra Company has remaining stock after closure. Email to discuss a sale of items. This will be done to US customers as payments would have to personal checks.

Order placed. Glad I was able to get some stuff I had put off purchasing in the past.

has closed up shop due to waning sale
If he had been more agreeable to his potentials buyers, he could have had more sales. No paypal and not accepting Canadian pre-paid CC was not helping him IMHO.
I do wish him good health, I know what it is when health starts playing tricks with your body
