If the CAD is depicting the kit correctly, and they usually do, the windscreen proportions indicate something more akin to an Egg plane in intent...

Well, wild Mustangs live in herds so we could expect so see more than one. Anyway, we'll how this one will look like in comparison to its competitors (including Tamiya and Hasegawa old ones.)

That is true, and as its one of the most popular aircraft modelled, its not surprising every man and his dog produce one .
Should be interesting to see how all the new tool Stangs measure up.
