Nice job, like the look with the Yellow under the cowl and on the rudder, what brand of decal did you use? Keep up the good work,Wingman out.

Nice job Bender!
Really nice subtle weathering, and I like the way you got the aerial slack like the original - what did you use for it?
All the best

Tell us how you did the panel lines!!! I really like how they're distinct but subtle. Very difficult to achieve that balance.

:-) Wow, loveeerly 190
Have you used an aftermarket set for the wheel well?
This is the first time I've seen the slack antenna wire done this well, what did you use?
What paints did you use?
How did you mask the canopy, looks really good, is it dipped in Future?

thanks guys, lets see, the decals are from superscale, my first try at using layered decals, I think thats what you would call them, the whites first then another decal over top of the first....wasmt sure how to work them, but it came out ok. the panel lines were done just using a good pre-shade and pretty much like Mal described in his article from way back, just slowly built up the paint inside the panels, trying to leave it out of the lines themselves and then a very, very thin oil wash.speaking of Mal, yea I used a parts-r-parts wheel well correction and engine plug. the antenna is 1 or 2 pound test fishing line I cut it to length for a closed canopy then when I glued on, I just bent it so as it dried it forced the antenna to be bent downwards from the canopy and down from the tail. the part of the antenna that goes through the fuselage to the radio was bent to shape with my fingers, you can kink it gently, this took some time and many bends but..paints are model master acrylics, yea the canopy was futured and masked with parafilm.
thanks guys for the response
