I am building the Hasegawa two seat Skyhawk in 1/32 scale. I am going to build it just about out of the box with just a little added detail.

The first thing that I am doing is the cockpit sides, Hasegawa did some lumps kinda representing the quilted insulation , so I added some cross lines with a file to show the diamond pattern.

the kit comes with two figures of the pilots, they don't fit too well in the seats so I put them together and sanded the legs on the outside to help them get into the seats.

I am going to replace the heads with some nice Hornet faces and some resin cast helmets later in the build.

Looks like quick progress. I haven't seen one of these built so I'll be watching to see how it progresses.

HI

Thanks for this. I recently picked one up and will be using your trial and tribulations as a guide for my build.
