Ok folks, hopefully this may help if you order from Eduard.cz. I absolutely like Eduard. You must realize when they send packages out for individual orders that they may give you a tracking number but they can't be responsible for what the post office in Praha does. For instance if the Praha post office has a malfunctioning X-ray machine then the packages going overseas "may" get held up. Mine did recently but the folks at "Eduard Support" did a good job of finding the problem and at least explaining it to me.

23.3.2017 The consignment was sent to the destination country.
22.3.2017 The consignment was posted.
