Last month I ordered 2 decal sheets from Joy Decals. I was charged a flat rate of $25.00 for postage, which I consider outrageous, and the order was shipped to an address I haven't lived at for 4 years, in spite of the fact that I had specified my current address on the order form.
Joydecals has ignored 4 different communications to correct this problem. I am disputing the order at Paypal.
Buyer beware: Joydecals does not deal fairly.

The decals arrived at long last, and now problem 2 has begun. Look at the difference between the postage I got charged compared to the postage he paid to ship the envelope:
{image removed to prevent abuse of package tracking number}
Image showed $25.00 postage charge compared to $14.95 actual postage cost.
I have asked when I can expect my $10.05 refund.

Obviously, dealing with Joydecals does not bring a lot of joy
This shortsighted ripping of of clients will not do them much good.
