What I thought would be a quick project (a few weeks, a month at most) ended up taking a few days more than a year! Long hours at work and a few other modelling projects took all the momentum out of this build and just recently, I got interested in it again and finally completed it yesterday.

Here are a few photos of the completed model:

It was built using Revell's 1:144 EA-18G Growler.

I hope you like it

Cheers

I think the paintjob on such a smaall scale is very good.
it could easily pass for a 1:72 or 1:48 kit.

The decals are from the kit or AM ?

Great aircraft,congrats !

I'm amazed by what people can do with such small scale. Very, very nice. That said, I'm going to have swarm of these things over head tonight practicing touch and gos.

Thanks! The decals are the ones included in the kit box! It's quite a colorful digression from the normal grey decorations and you can find a number of photos of the Growler 540 online.

Cheers

Marco,
Just an impressive build. How you guys work in such a small scale and turn out work to this level is just amazing.
