Well, another proposal,

Any Military Aircraft exported / sold / captured , in foreign markings, not used by the country that build it.

Any scale, AM and diorama are allowed.

Examples :
Turkish F-4 Phantom
Iranian F-14 Tomcat
Finnish Mig-21
