Interested to know if Raf Leuchars, England is a typo in the kit or just a review typo . Leuchars is of course in Scotland
Actually of more interest is : is this a new tool or re-issue?

Deepest apologies for that Paul, I did not read the text properly. Far to keen with the copying and pasting. It was in the news release from Revell. By the way this is a news item not a review

I have to be honest I was not sure whether this was a new tool or not at the time of posting. I did compare the image of the jumble of sprues with reviews of the Revell Tornado IDs first released in 2014 and the Tornado Gr4 released in 2015 and this new release of the F.3 ADV shares many of the same sprues. So some parts are re-issues and others are new. Off the top of my head the nose and belly has to be different from the Gr4 and IDS.
The IDS was a new tool release and that seems to have been favourably received by reviewers at the time.
Hope that helps.

The aft portion of the fuselage needs to be different as well (extended). I'm looking forward to grabbing one of these. It's been many years since I built the Italeri F3 and this will be a treat.
The new kit of the Tornado F.3 will feature:
- Extended fuselage front section
- Recesses for guided missiles in the lower fuselage
- Extended engine section
- Detailed cockpit
- Detailed ejection seats
- Separate wing flaps
- Detailed undercarriage
- Moveable swing-wings
- Detailed jet exhaust cones
- May be mounted in the closed reverse thrust position if desired
- Moving underwing pylons
- 4 Skyflash guided missiles
- 2 large auxiliary fuel tanks
This should be a significantly new mold addition.
