Have a few days off work, thought I would build this kit that has been in the stash for sometime, the ICM C-45F in 1/48 scale. You can find my review here.
Well first off, the kit supplied engines were awful, so I am using a set of Vector engines. These are resin cast with good details, but having bought two, I did find the casting one much better then the other. You have to supply the rod for the push-rods and I supplied some extra wire for the plugs.
The interior of the landing gear is well detailed with the framing.
The interior is painted with Vallejo Zinc Chromate Green and the engines with Vallejo Metal Steel with some Aluminum over sprayed.
Next onto the cockpit and interior.
