My choice for 1/48th would be the Accurate Miniatures B-25D

Hasegawa 1/72 is by far the most accurate.
Monogram 1/48th is not bad but is a J.
1/48th AM has severely pinched nose, poor cowlings props and canopy.

IDK, the AM kit is very good by my standards. I do not find the nose to be pinched beyond any reasonable limit if pinched at all, the prop is OK and usable, plus there is after market. I've seen these built into remarkable models.
But then again, I'm not a rivet counter by any means. I won't break out the caliper and start crunching numbers, I judge solely with the eye.
Here's a link to a build with a side by side of the real deal. it looks fairly accurate from my standpoint.

Hasegawa doesn't make a B-25D in any scale. In 1/72 the choices are Frog in any of it's reissues, Italeri and an upcoming Airfix kit.
The choice in 1/48 are an aged Revell kit and the Accurate Miniatures kit.
Personally I'd wait for the Airfix kit. If it is anything like their other later releases it'll be a real winner.
That said the old Italeri is nice for its age though a little sparse inside and having raised panel lines (eeeek!!)
We're due new kits which is good Airfix is doing an all new one in 1/72. The AM one was released about the time of the 50th anniversary of the Doolittle raid? There was a rush to do a special display of all the bombers and that kit was used. That was 25 years ago?
