Hi Guys.
An often asked question.
The wheel wells on a P-51 are they natural metal or painted?
I ask because Ive read that while the bulkhead was painted the wells themselves were left Natural Metal also Im a little dubious of restored aircraft. Comments.
This is for the new 1/48 Airfix kit. Which is brilliant almost shake and bake.
Many many options 2 style of wheels(tread pattern),3 style of caponies, molded seatbelts, cockpit placards, 2 types of tail(indicative of other marks to be released) only 1 type of prop I was going to use an after market seat and IP (resin) but in the end figured it wasn't worth it.I Will post photos upon finish as I need to work out the camera on the tablet I now use. For someone who struggles with aircraft I love this kit. I only hope the mk1 Spitfire and Hurricane are as good
