Just a quick and positive shout out to Revell Customer Service:
I accidentialy damaged (ruined) the decal sheet to my Revell 1/32 Lysander. Contacting their Customer Service Department via e-mail, Revell promised a replacement (AT NO CHARGE*) to arrive in 4-6 weeks from their factory in Germany.
The requested replacement arrived in less than 3 weeks!

Kudos to Revell!
* I offered to pay for the replacement but that offer was politely refused.

Wow that is good, especially as they have not produced that kit for a few years now.

Received a newer version of the decal sheet than what came with the kit! Included some instrument panel gauges and the larger BEF tail flag. Fantastic.

I found Revell's service to be pretty good when it came to replacing missing/broken/lost parts too
