Mostly a ship modeler here with a couple of questions. 1. paint before or after gluing fuselage halves together. 2. if after, how do you keep the paint from getting into the cockpit, landing gear bays, bomb bays, etc.if before, how do you handle the seams

Welcome to the wonderful world of aircraft modeling! This forum is about group builds (we have one going right now for bombers if you're interested). Your question is probably more appropriate for the General Aircraft forum. I'll bet you'll pick up lots of tips there!
