This sat as a shelf queen for some time . Don't even recall starting a build thread but with the new year - good time to get a few of these done . It was one of of those builds which I got bored with and back in the box it went which I don't know why . I was at the painting and decaling stage . So the day before I started spraying and get it finished yesterday afternoon.

Great finish, Terri. The Eduard Hellcat is one of my favorite kits.

Great decision to finish that Hellcat. I'm sure that Leroy is smiling down at you. You sure did a beautiful job on the paint scheme with just the right touch of weathering.

I've got not one but two of the Eduard kits in my stash as well as another -3. Sure wish that Eduard would make a current F4F-3 & 4 Wildcat.

Richard,
Terri could really seal the Zeros fate, and model a P-38. Maybe Bong's would do the trick as he downed 40 Japanese aircraft all in P-38s.
