Is it reasonable to assume it will be some sort of collaboration using EDUARD's (superb) 1/48 (MF boxing) plastic kit parts with a Wolfpack resin conversion set? I can't imagine Wolfpack ever putting out any new tool I-M offering of their own which would better the Eduard kit?

It's probably the Academy (Korea) kit with Wolfpack (Korea) enhancements. It would be an expensive undertaking, but there is a chance that you could use the upgrades out of this kit on an Eduard MiG-21MF and build a really nice Lancer.
