Yes, but could you please explain the thinking on this base?
Is this some sort of beaching ramp subject to tidal movements? So part of the day the ramp is high and dry where as later the plane can be floated off????
I am getting into float planes these days and am wondering about interesting ways to build correct display bases.

It looks like a regular beaching ramp. In the bad old days, float planes had trailers much like today's boat trailer. Of course, sometimes things went wrong;
But nowadays the beaching gear is self-powered:
