Hello Guys, here is my the latest finished warbird. I spent with it almost 5 years (frozen for 3 year because of issue with strip off color with tamiya yellow tape from the model). I also used some after market set to improve this kit. It was armament set, radio station set, flaps by Eduard and Rob Taurusīs vacu-formed canopy. So have a look and donīt hesitate to send a comment :-).

Sorry I did not see this Spitfire before today. Stunning build. I am curious why you choose the vacuform canopy, is there a problem with the kit canopy?

Excellent work Daniel! But I echo Craig's question. I'm thinking of doing this kit myself soon so I'd like to know if there's a problem ahead.

@ Michael, Craig:
Eduardīs inbox canopy is excelent and fit perfectly but thickens of the frame is the reason why I decided to replace it for vacu-form. This is much more dificult to cut it from blank and fit it properly to the kit, but result is better as thickness of frame of vacu_form canopy is more realistic.
Just another consideration. My next project is Fw-190A. There were huge frames of canopy on real planes, so Iīm going to use it directly from Eduard box and skip to buy aftermarktet set.
