I had to drop-in and say great work, as I'm building a different version and taking a different approach, still with Italeri's kit (mine's the F-104C). I feel the pain and pleasure, and admire the lovely finish you got.

Thanks, Steve, the kit builds up very nicely, it just requires a lot of patience and a sound-proof room to keep the swearing from attracting neighbors or frightening passersby.
