Hi all,
has anyone had any luck with Italeri's customer service?
i seem to remember reading someone else having an issue with it and i have hit a snag with a helicopter build that is part of the helicopter campaign. Long story short i have discovered that the canopy is cracked/broken and i can't seem to get hold of anyone at italeri to discuss getting/buying a replacement.

Well, they have a Twitter account, and invite posts....

I don't know if Italeri themselves are actually reading it (it might be out-sourced), but you could always give a try...

David, I have tried to use their online parts site to order a part for my Wessex HAS.1 for the helicopter campaign also. I was told to go on their website to order the part, but cannot get the site to work.

yeah similar problems as i am having... i guess it's going to leave me with tree options; build the kit with a cracked canopy, buy another from ebay for a replacement canopy or bin the kit and build another helicopter from the stash...hmmm none of the options really appeal but i do have that new 1/35 AH-1Z from Academy winging it's way to me right now.
