Sprue Brothers has a set by Isradecals. It is in stock, but kind of high, around $35.00. It includes the stenciling. I would encluded a link by my tablet is old and won't let me. It's code is ISD0099.

No problem. I too am wanting to do a F-4E in both the Isreali and the Greek camo and markings in 1/48. I'm holding out hoping that a new tooled kit will come out soon. I've heard rumors.

IsraDecal is the gold standard. You really couldn't do better.
