Kamikaze dive, just to clarify … for an aircraft banking left into a steep dive: left aileron up, right aileron down, elevators down, rudder left?

Sorry to sound stupid, but I just want to check this before cutting away at the various control surfaces on my Japanese Zero. Someone suggested that the rudder would be deflected to the right, but that doesn't seem to make sense ...
