On the one hand, you DO get everything you need to paint and weather a grey fighter.

On the other hand, it's a LOT of money ($100 more or less).

Well, based on prices at my LHS, by pieces you would spend probably close to that. If you already have collected some of it then it's not such a bargain but if you are new to the gray jet game this would be a good idea if you are serious about building quite a few of them.
