I have just started the Minicraft 1/144th KC-97L kit and plan to depict it in Texas ANG markings late in it's service life. It appears most of these ANG KC-97L's in NMF had the lower fuselage painted in FS16473 ADC Grey with a black rectangle on the forward undersides. With that being said, does anyone know if the wing undersides are ADC Grey or NMF? Minicraft calls for ADC Grey wing undersides but some other references indicate silver and it's hard to tell from photos of KC-97Ls that I have found. Any info would be appreciated.
