LOL, when I built the old Airfix A4D-1, there would have been PLENTY of room for all of these details. As there was NO cockpit, I think there was a peg on the pilots back to stick into the back wall of the cockpit. You could see through the intakes and out the exhaust as there was no engine detail either.
