Hello,

Just wanted to submit some photos of my first German a/c since I picked up the hobby again. It's the 1/48 Hasegawa No 09363 kit converted into a trop. version.( I wanted an odd looking bird despite the historical inaccurasies (sp?) )

Colors used are PS and Aeromaster. For weathering I used a wash that consisted of either White Spirit toghether with Ivory Black or Raw Umber. That was followed by some subtle paint chipping done by an Artistic Silver Pencil. The final touch was the application of several pastels (grey/brown/blacks etc)

Well, hope you enjoy the photos

Regards
EW

WOW, that's a real beauty. What a good paint and weathering job you've done.

Wow. Welcome back to the Luftwaffe. That is quite the entrance!
What are those kits in the background? I wouldn't mind seeing some of your other work and would bet others do to. (For the others: I clicked on his 'my photos' icon--nothing uploaded yet.)

Keep up the geat work.

No kidding. At first site that looks factory fresh (almost), but once you look closer, you see what a great subtle weathering job you've done.

Gentlemen, thanks for all the kind comments

Re: woltersk

I'm kind of a lazy guy that tries too keep his posting on diff. forums to a minimum. Anyway I ought to be able to post some more pics of my aircraft in a near future, since a friend of mine will take some pics this weekend. As for your question about the other a/c's in the background, is that these photos were taken at The Swedish Nationals by the webmasters of IPMS Stockholm (Sorry I should have mentioned that in the first post, my bad )

Well, have to hit the sack for now, so I say

Cheers
