Hi mates!!!

News from the Black Forest.....here comes my Henschel Hs 129 B-2 in 1/32 scale.
The kit comes from Zoukei Mura. Built out of box. Colours from Humbrol and Revell.

Cheers
Stefan

It looks as menacing as it was. Great work.

VERY nice finish and overall presentation. I have this kit in the stash; how did you find the build please?

Thanks.

Thanks for your comments, mates!!

Gary, I can say "Light and Shadows"...!!
At first, it's really a great kit but I think it's a little bit over engineered. Many Details that you won't see later. Fit problems around the nose and the motor cowlings. No witchcraft, but in these areas I had to fill and sand something.
The cockpit is really a highlight. You only need harness to complete.
There is only one decal option (Africa-Version), which I find a little poor for the rather high purchase price.
But this is probably a sales strategy, since the kit already contains parts for other versions.
Overall, a kit that I can definitely recommend ...... with the mentioned drawbacks.
In any case, you will get a great model for your display case.

Horrido......

MUCH obliged for the informative and helpful reply Stefan. I am waiting from someone like 'Eaglecals' to bring some decals out as I want to do mine in an Eastern Front Winter whitewash scheme.

Once again, it's a great model mate and thank you.

Stefan! Love the subject and your take on it! The figures and the base adds a lot, I wish I ever came around to doing something like this ! Did you freehand the camo or did you use some kind of mask? The green dots look very consistent in a way that I find difficult to achieve.

Stefan,

Are you saying that they didn't include any seat harness in the kit?

Thanks, mates!!!

Yes, Magnus. I brushed the camouflage spots freehand. I use an "Infinity" airbrush gun from Harder & Steenbeck with a 0.4 mm nozzle. The paint is very diluted applied with little pressure.
By the way ........ I think you can be proud of your models. Your 72s are just great and always a feast for the eyes !!!!!

Michael, the kit doesn't contain any harness. But I think these accessories are worth buying.
