Discovered that the RAF operated 8 Dornier Do 22 floatplanes in Egypt during WWII until they could no longer be maintained.
Depending on sources there were 8 x Ex Royal Yugoslav Air Force (RYAF) OR 7 x RYAF and 1 Greek Air Force.
I'm assuming the markings were overpainted by the RAF. Can anyone point me in the direction of some period picture please?
