RS Models will be releasing this month two new 1/72 kits of the P-38 Lightning: a P-38H and a reconnaissance F-4rn

It’s about time somebody got some on the market. Anybody noticed the dearth of P-38s in 1/72 scale? Academy had a nice one, but those are all OOP now, and fetch some hefty prices on the secondary market. There are a couple out from Hobbyboss but their detail is challenged. RS makes some pretty nice kits in 1/72 scale, let’s hope these are among them. Now if only we could get a good P-38J or some of the other late versions.
