Hi guys,
i know there is a website out there that hosts instruction kits for model kits and i am looking of the instruction sheet for the MRC kit number BA104 UH-1C Huey gunship.
i am trying to find out where all the decals go as i am thinking of purchasing the decals separately and using the re-popped version made by Revell of Germany.
all help welcomed.

You've probably checked Scalemates already:
https://www.scalemates.com/kits/mrc-ba104-uh-1c-huey-gunship--147832
Often there are instructions. In this case there aren't, but there are a lot of derivative kits and perhaps one of them lists the instructions?

Just happened to click on the last one, a revell kit. If it is truly a derivative, I think you have the instructions here:

Hi David
If you google your kit name and the word 'instructions', you might find a hit for what you want. A couple of places to check:
https://galaxykits.com/instructions/browse/all
This site has a "request a copy of..." section where members might be able to supply what you need if it is not already there
https://www.modelercorner.com/

I found some other kit boxing decals just not 176th so the placement sheet is the best I can do.
