What order do you apply micro set and micro sol to decals?

MicroSet is to help Decals adhere to the surface, directions say wet surface apply decal wet decal ( I usually do it that way, some times just wet decal ) ALWAYS USE.
MicroSol is to soften the decal to conform to very uneven surfaces, apply deacl as normal then wet with small amount of MicroSol ( the decal will winkle and deform don't touch except with paper towel or tissue wetted with MicroSol; you may wish to pat decal down [ on really uneven surfaces RARE ]) DON'T ALWAYS USE, ONLY WHEN NEEDED.

I'll go with crs. Microset is the main ingredient here. Microsol just enhances it's ability. It cannot work on it's own. I've proven it. My Apache was done using microsol only. The result, almost nothing happened.
