Hello World!
I have just got myself the mighty B-52H in 1/72 scale.
I am aware that the build quality of the AMT/ERTL kits is nothing spectacular so would appreciate any ideas about which upgrades are best.
I doubt I will be using the ACM & Decals that came with the kit so keep an eye out on the swap n sale board for them : o )
Thanks for any feedback to my question!

Hmmm. I've only ever build the Revell Kit, so i don't really have a comparison. Great big beast of a model, plenty of detail and easy to assemble though, worth the price.........
If you get another chance to buila B-52, try that one.........

I have both the Revell and the AMT/ERTL kits. Both are over twelve years old and are still unbuilt, so I would love to see your work as it progresses. Please keep us posted...with lots of photos if you can...

Hi guys,
Thanks for the replys! I plan on upgrading the weapons load to 1/72 JDAM's and decals definately need an upgrade!
I will build an extension to accomodate the model first then I will gladly post step by step photos of the build.
Happy Modelling,
Muzz

Thanks for that information.
Looks like I will have 2 1/72 B-52H's in my room then!
Still should be a good build just need to upgrade the weapons from ALCM's to JDAM's and buy some decent decals!
*Looks up yellow pages for loft conversion builders* :-)
