hi guys i just bought the tamiya 1/46 messcherscmitt me262 a-1a clear edition has any one built this or similair models and are there any proplems or things i should pay paticular attention to as this is the first aircraft i have attempted as i,ve only built tanks before many thanks

The hardest thing I've noticed my Japanese Friends had with kit is the ejecter marks in side the fuselage.if you wish to have a large section visible you'll need to address them with careful sanding. However, the common solution is to just leave a strip of the fuselage clear and paint the rest of it. that's all I know. HTH STUG

I built the Italeri M 262 A1 and the undersides where the fuselage join the wings is a nightmare. Also the wings to fuselage joint in the upper part is very dificult.
I guess the Tamiya is a better kit with a general better fit, I saw some reviews in the web that agree with that.
