Hi all...
The first to spot an omission on one of the profiles in Luft 46 Camo Colours Applications Part 2, will receive a full set of print outs of all the profiles by post.

Cheers

Peter, did I leave one out? Send me a PM or email so I can check. Thanks.

Hi Peter, is it in the Gotha Go 60 C profile? There doesn't seem to be a paint chip for the grey camo colour.

Hi,
Bryan you did a great job. Nothing missing from your end. Don't fret.

Brandydog, no, the colour you are referring to is metal...or is supposed to be. So no paint chip for ally.
But I will add a metal indicator for Part 3 where suitable.
You've been a great help.

Cheers

The first BV 215.03 (green scheme) is missing a swastika from the vertical tail surfaces. I think I can make it out on the black scheme (which looks pretty darn cool!)

Hi Mika,
I think the swastika is there, its white keyline so is hard to see with the wellenmuster and the size. I'll check it out on the original tomorrow as all the profile masters are on my Mac at work. I'll let you know for sure.

But I was thinking of something else.
However if it turns out you've spotted another omission you'll get a set.

Cheers and thanks
Peter.

Hi Peter

Well I hope I spelled "meager" as "meagre"... but I wouldn't want to bet on it!

In Smith and Kay's "German Aircraft of the Second World War", the Henschel P.122 is listed as a bomber project...

All the best

Hi Merlin,
you are correct in that the Hs P122 was intended for the bomber role, but in one of my Luftwaffe Secret Projects books it mentions a high altitude interceptor version was also envisaged.
And my titles have turned out to be loose...lol...I've tended to mix in a few various roles that are not strictly according to the title. Call it artistic bent.

However, I think I'll have to give a couple of clues.
It is not anything to do with colours or spelling or aircraft type....its a little more solid.

Cheers

Hi Mika,
just checked the original Bv P215 set and the swastika is there but it is hard to see.
Cheers

Peter, I was just going to PM this but since you made it a contest.... OH well. Did you notice that the pecents are backwards on your colour chips. Thought you might want to have that fixxed. STUG

PETER- I believe the Lippisch Li PII is lacking in a certain "exhaustive" detail. Two exhausts, to be precise. Is this the abovementioned omission?

Hi Logansdad,
you are spot on.
The exhaust nozzles on the right hand top view are missing.
So if you could pm me your name and address I'll post a set off.
I'm in uk on holiday on the 16th July, so will post them from there, as the postal service is more reliable than here.

Also thanks to everyone else...it was a fun thing...not a heavy contest.
I hadn't noticed a few things that some of you have pointed out....things to watch out for in future.

I hadn't noticed but thanks for pointing it out.
I can't even use the excuse "It's in code".
If I fix it, can new uploads be substituted?

Cheers everyone

Yes it's back to front.
The percentages refer to the amount of RLM Colour added to the base colour...i.e. RLM76 or White...to give the corresponding shade.

Thanks for spotting it Stug.

Cheers
