Greetings all. I am the captain of an Airsoft team looking to build a full sized mockup or obtain a full sized mockup of a Huey, Blackhawk or other US helo to use in our games.

Has anyone ever attempted this? Are there any commercially available 1:1 mock ups?

I'd think you could purchase the fuselage of a defunct chopper from some salvage yard. Of course, that might run a pretty penny to have transported to whereever your team wants to practice. If your group has the time and inclination, an option might be to purchase a 1/35 scale chopper, take some internal measurements and simply scale up and build a wooden mockup.
