Watch out for the idiot named Jonesy trying to sell kits on this forum.He is not to be trusted in any way,shape or form.Hell the jerk did time in jail for ripping off modelers.As for his supposed health problems,he's been at death's door so many times it ain't funny.
I guess he figured that if he went away for a while that people would forget about him.

Well Jonesy I HAVE not forgotten you nor will I allow you to start your crap again.I'm gonna find you wherever you post & tell folks about you.I'm pretty sure other people like Jeff Larkin will join me.

We've been chasing him away from here for the last two years: Warning Regarding Jonesy;
New Jonesy Alert;
Selling out 1/35 Armor Kits....
Surprised Jim didn't just kill his user callsign. He pops in about once a year. I am even more surprised there are still modelers out there who attempt to do business with him.

That post in question that Jeff resurrected was from 2002. I have removed all the topics that "jonesy" started.

That should solve that issue.

Cheers,
Jim

What a character this guy sounds like. I wish he would come to me and try to report that slander crap. I'd love to punch his Tough S--- ticket. The boy needs to learn the law before throwing threats around. Anyone know where he's from?

Traverse City, Michigan. Nice area, I flew into there several years ago when evaluating some units at Camp Grayling.

I imagine he'd be subject to Michigan law then...sounds like fraud and theft by deception would be a good place to start...

Jonesy.. don't forget you threatened to sue me too.. I'm still waiting

I'm glad there are folks here who remember you and slap your face every time you show it and try selling here.

so when you start blazing away again, remember I'm on the list of the 'to be sued'..

What pisses me off the most is that he is probably laughing while reading these replies and no one can do anything about it banning his IP sounds like a good idea, but I don't know if he co;uld aomehow change it(?)

what about we make send him a few fake emails offering to buy all of his models and all, and even help him pay his hospital bills, that would be pretty funny, he'll get so mad that he will actually get some weird disease

It would be hard to ban his isp as most providers use whats called dynamic ips as it would copst too much to buy a full range and give one to each customer,

so what happens is when you dial up or connect through your cable modem your ip address you get assigned an ip address this could be for a few hours or in my company's case 24 hrs, theorecticaly after that it should change. the only way of banning him by blocking the ip address would be to block the full range of the isp company that he uses and that would affect a lot of others on the same isp who use this site,
best thing to to is either report him to his isp as what hes doing is criminal and they will susspend his acct or report him to the police in his area or if I'm right the FBI as this would make it a federal case cause it covers the full of the US and elsewere? as hes been done for it before and dosent seem to have learned his lesson I'm sure he'll love to play mummyies and daddies in the showers again with big bubba
but yup he sounds like a 1st class twat
