The small biplane Fokker M.7, upon acceptance by the KUK it became the Fokker B.I and 12 were purchased by the Austrians s/n 03.01 to 03.12. From the Fok.M.7, Fokker developed the Fok.M.10E single bay improvement and was designated Fok.B.I, and 12 were purchased in 1914, s/n B.494m to 505/14. A second order was awarded Fokker in 1914 for 17 Fok.M.10E, (B.I) ordered for the Kreigsmarine, s/n B.1043 to 1049/14 and B.1074 to 1083/14. In 1915, Fokker was awarded an order for eight Fok.B.I machines, s/n B.421 to 425/15 and 438 to 440/15. A second order was received at Fokker Werke for 5 Fok. M.10z, (two bay wings) designated Fok.B. II machines, s/n B1356 to 1360/15.
